In this issue, the pioneer of PDR's "embracing changes" corporate culture we have selected is Zhang Dan from the recruitment department of Business Department 14 of PDR.
 
In October 2018, Zhang Dan, as a newcomer in the industry, joined PDR on the recommendation of a friend. With the determination to challenge herself and embrace changes, she was promoted from a specialist to a supervisor and then to the current recruitment manager, realizing a leapfrog development in her career.
